Tech Tips

Bookmarks save you time and allow you to be more efficient and productive. Make it a habit to periodically review and update your bookmarks.

1. Some reasons why you should organize the Google Chrome bookmarks:
1. A topic specific bookmark folder saves time.
2. Removing duplicate and nonrelevant bookmarks reduces clutter.

1. Manage Google Chrome bookmarks:
1. Open a Chrome window and click on the three-dot icon in the top-right corner.
2. Hover over Bookmarks and lists and a pop-up menu opens.
3. To manage your bookmarks; click Bookmark manger and a new bookmarks tab will open.
4. To manage your folders; click the three-dot icon (More actions) on right side of the page.
5. To save a URL; click on the Bookmark this tab…, select the folder, and click done.

Featured Topic

This month's Featured Topic is Standard Work. The Standard Work (SW) landing page has been updated to include sections for Customer Care and Policy. Each SW document now includes the team identified as the process owner shown under the date/version in the header.

In the Spotlight

ServiceNow Brown Bag workshops are being offered by DTS for anyone with questions about using Service Now. Anyone from DES, employees and contractors are invited to attend. All "How To" questions for ServiceNow will be addressed.

Training will be held every Tuesday and Thursday for 4 weeks starting June 25, 2024, from 11:00 am- 12:30 pm.
